Description sohmc 2004-01-23 14:34:06 UTC
I am not sure what might might be causing this problem. I can't even find
how to reproduce it but it happens quite often.

There will be times when I make a transaction within an account and when I
close the register, the main account screen shows either the old balance or
an arbitrary balance.

There seems to be no pattern as to when this happens. It doesn't happen
all the time. But it happens frequently.

The balances go back to "normal" when I close gnucash and restart.

Any ideas as to what might be going on? Or even better, how can I fix it?

This is what I'm seeing. It doesn't involve split transactions though, compared
to 118954 and I like this description better. 118954 seems too specific.

Unless someone adds a concise description on how to reproduce this problem,
other than what is already in bug#118954, we better close this as duplicate
since it's probably the same internal problem.
