Description Seth Nickell 2004-01-08 16:46:56 UTC
The panel process must be killed in order to detect changes made to the
system time zone. The expected behavior is that the clock will change to
the new time zone fairly soon after the time zone is changed (in the same
way as the time updates within a short period after the clock is set).
