Description Jouni.Lohikoski 2003-12-28 21:21:37 UTC
I have "Settings|Proxy|auto" and working "Auto proxy configuration file"
myautoproxy.pac

However, every time Galeon is freshly started, and it tries to set up the
state where it was last time it was shut down, open the multiple tabs and
their URI's and pages, it does not use autoproxy.pac but tries to use
direct connection and 80/tcp ports. I notice this because I have outgoing
connections to port 80/tcp rejected by iptables and it logs the attempts to
system log. So then I have to click N+1 (as many as there is tabs)
notification dialog-windows reporting that and that server cannot be
connected. After that opening the saved_session.xml from "File|Open
session..." will set up the Galeon session OK and use the script
myautoproxy.pac as it should.
