suggestion:

If the choose file window goes behind the run dilog application, then it 
becomes difficult to choose file.

Expected:

When choose file to append to  command  window becomes active, it should 
vome top of all windows.

with the following steps, problem can be reproduced.

1. start gnome desk top, ftart gnopernicus & wait till you hear the sound.

2. Press Alt + F2, Run application dilog box opens.
3. Use Tab key to Navigate. Focus movees on to  run with file push button.
4. press space bar to  select the run with file push button.
5. choose file to append to command window opens & stays behind the run 
application dilog box.
