This is a file that was checked in on 11/16, on 11/19 anonymous cvs
checkout of gtkmm wouldn't build:

/home/billy/gnome2/lib/glibmm-2.3/proc/gmmproc -I ../../tools/m4 --defs .
pixmap . ./../gdkmm
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `pixbufformat.hg', needed by
`.stamps/stamp-pixbufformat'.  Stop.
