Description Jelmer Jaarsma 2003-11-07 11:08:39 UTC
Yesterday evening I came home to find my computer downloading at full
speed, but not writing any data to the harddisk.
I really feel Pan should check for available harddisk speed, and put out
warning to the user. Also, all items left in the queue should be stopped,
instead of continuing to waste bandwidth.
This behaviour could be extra painful for dial-up users with a dial-on-
demand configuration.
