If you are in "show desktop" mode (by pressing the "show desktop" button
applet), every window is minimized but the workspace switcher applet
doesn't reflect those changes.

Please note that i'm talking of the workspace switcher, not the
windows list. I guess the problem must be in the same place but I'm
not sure...

Right, it should be the same problem. But thanks, I hadn't noticed it
was for the switcher.
