Description of Problem:
Yelp crashes on startup if run from a launcher on the xfce4 panel

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add yelp to xfce panel
2. run it
3. 

Actual Results:
Yelp should run

Expected Results:
Yelp crashes

How often does this happen?
Every time

Additional Information:
I can run yelp fine from the command line. It only crashes from the
xfce4 panel
