GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 120006
Default width of barchart reports
Last modified: 2018-06-29 20:36:07 UTC
The default width of the barchart reports is far too small (on my system anyway). It seems that it uses a hardcoded figure (400). Instead it would be better if it used a percentage of the window width.
It would be nice if the reports had an "autofit" feature to fit the report to the window provided. Or perhaps the percentage of window width/height could be set in the preferences.
There has been an enhancement request at bug#117005 along the similar lines. As for any "autofit" feature: This is impossible with the current gtk1 technology. In the gnome2 port this might be solved, but this will not be completed before summer 2004.
Since the enhancement request #117005 fixes this problem, I'm closing this as duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 117005 ***
