Description of Problem:
When you move/resize a window, you see their
contents, there isn's any option to turn off this
behaviour.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Simply drag a window

Expected Results:
A choice to turn off this behaviour

Additional Information:
There are Sun and Ximian patches to fix this.
The Ximian patch it's more interesting, since it
adds the following key 
apps-->metacity-->general-->animation_style to
GConf, whith the following values:  thin,
wireframe, opaque, and none.
The Sun patch only have the wireframe option.
