Middle click to open a new tab is inconsistent.

When I middle click on the home button nothing happens.
When I middle click on bookmark the bookmark loads in the _CURRENT_ tab.
When I middle click on a bookmark folder nothing happens.

Middle clicking should be consistent to what happens when you middle
click on a link in the browser.
