Description gry 2003-07-16 16:09:42 UTC
gtk+-2.2.2 client program running on linux machine.(pango-1.2.3);
Display on Windows2000 pc using Hummingbird Exceed or XWin32.
Caps lock key has no effect. First noticed in pygtk client, but also happens
in gtk+-2.2.2/demos/gtk-demos/gtk-demo, both in gtktextview and gtkentry.

Gtk+-1.2.9 client works fine in same circumstances.

Checking in xterm, caps lock does work: makes alpha keys upper case, does
not affect other keys, e.g. digits.

If display is on local linux machine with XFree86 4.3.0, caps lock works.
