Sudden crash when moving message (drag & drop) from INBOX folder to
other folder.

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
Move of the message.

Additional information:
I think I tried to read a new message while to move wasn't completed.

The message was actually copied to the other mailbox after restarting
Balsa, but the original was still in the INBOX folder as well.
