GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 114756
Panel crashes at start up.
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
After I changed some settings for the panel (auto-hide, position left side of screen, greenish background) it crashes at start up. What I did notice when I cheged these things and had not yet rebooted, is that auto-hide did not always work fine. I know I have not been a good boy when it comes to package updates... I will update relevant packages and let you know if this solved the problem. When I click through all error messages, this is what I see: Application "gnome-panel" (process 1135) has crashed due to a fatal error. Application "gnome-panel" (process 1169) has crashed due to a fatal error. Application "gnome-panel" (process 1172) has crashed due to a fatal error.
