When right clicking on an URL and selecting Open Link, gnome-terminal crashes.

To reproduce:
1. Make sure gnome-terminal is v2.3.1, vte is v0.11.9
2. Close all gnome-terminals
3. Start a gnome-terminal
4. Type in: http://www.google.com/
5. Right click on that URL
6. Select Open Link

Result:
Gnome-terminal crashes, link is NOT opened (in Galeon).

Expected:
Link opens in my browser (Galeon).

Versions used:
gnome-terminal 2.3.1
vte 0.11.9

And of course this had nothing to do with gnome-terminal. If you want
the details, read the comment I'm going to post in bug 112176. I am
very glad gnome-terminal doesn't crash anymore; although I did know
Open Link would crash I somehow kept on selecting it... crash after
crash after crash.
