I would like to ask for Baltic Windows-1257 charset support, because it is
most widely used and unformal standart in Lithuanian usenet.

In Pan 0.13.4 (on Debian Woody) this charset is missing.

We're currently in string freeze for 0.14.0, but I'll add this in 
0.14.1.
