Description of Problem:
Upgrading from RH 8.0 to RH 9.0 has cause the 
following problem :
gnome-terminal (2.2.1-3) whith a french keypad on 
a pc105 keyboard maps the wrong character

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install RH 8.0 with bluecurve(GNOME 2.0) using 
french language
2. Upgrade to RH 9.0
3. open gnome-terminal and stike '.' on your 
keypad

Actual Results:
'.' becomes ','

Expected Results:
'.' should be '.' indeed ?

How often does this happen? 
always

Additional Information:
Using Ctrl + '.' on your keypad gives you a '.'
