Description of problem:
After doing a fresh install of Phoebe3 with german as default language I notice
that some gdm menu entries are not correct. This is probably related to wrong
keyboard shortcut definitions:
Sprache [L]
Herunterfahren [d]

1. Install Phoebe3 with german as default language
2. Look at the menu bar of gdm for broken translations/keyboard shortcuts

I know some work was done to improve German translations in gdm2.  Is this still
a problem?

I think you could simply transfer this bug from gdm/general to l10n/de.

It seems the main issue is the duplicated shortcut on GUI:

Thanks, I fixed the duplicated shortcuts in both TRUNK and gnome-2-18. Hope that helps.
