Dragging and dropping GtkTreeView items is not working.  Actually the 
dropping part is not working (in testtreeview).

This is pretty much sounds like a win32 specific bug -- reassigning to
the win32 component.

This does not happen on UNIX/X11 and if it did we would really have
gotten lots and lots of reports on this (which we didn't).

Looks like this bug is falling through the cracks since it has not 
been accepted and has no target milestone.  I would say this is 
probably one of the most critical bugs for win32 GTK+ 2.0 apps.

Our own bug tracker (gaim) is getting a LOT of reports on this bug 
and the tooltip bug.
