The item is launched, but the control center crashes. can't reproduce here with 2.2.0 and --use-shell from a terminal.
Reproducable here with 2.2.0.1. To reproduce: open a settings capplet via nautilus or the menu and then (with the capplet running) open one from control-center shell -> boom.
