Description Calum Benson 2003-02-20 18:02:03 UTC
[gcalctool 4.2.54]

When you use Tab to move the focus between the buttons, it works fine until
it gets to the Exch in the bottom right, at which point pressing Tab again
causes focus to disappear instead of wrapping back to the first control in
the window. Randomly pressing arrow keys again seems to get it back
eventually...

Hi Calum. I think you are seeing bug #60690.
If you agree, then I'll close this one as a
duplicate of it. Thanks.
Comment 2 Calum Benson 2003-02-20 18:25:49 UTC
Hmm, you're right, it probably is. This is about the most obvious
example of it I've seen though, up until now I only remember seeing it
in contrived test apps, so we might need to consider a workaround for
it here at some point unless it's going to be fixed in gtk anytime soon.
Comment 3 Rich Burridge 2003-02-27 16:57:07 UTC
Calum, where should the focus go after Exch, if this
was working correctly? To the menubar?

Comment 5 Rich Burridge 2003-02-27 18:00:00 UTC
After discussing this with Calum on IRC, we decided
that this bug should be closed off as a DUP of
bug #60690. The attached patch only handles the Tab
focus movement. There are similar problems that
would need to be handled in the other directions.
The real fix should be in 60690.
