Description:
Description of Problem:
It is on the left side of the screen after boot up and I can't get to
it.  It's minimized			

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Happens when I use the KVM switch and I don't have the KVM switch
switched to the Linux box during boot.  It's a PS2 KVM switch and a
cordless mouse, but it happens with any style of mouse.  Also if the
panel does not crash, the mouse acts crazy when I switch AFTER boot up.

How often does this happen? Every couple of weeks.  Forces me to reload
