app.h depends on bonobomm/widgets/dock.h, which doesn't exist, so my
program doesn't compile.  I'm not sure how libgnomeuimm even compiles.

Apparently it should be bonobouimm/widgets/dock.h.

I think you are using an old version of libbonobouimm.
