lots of ppl complaining about the look of the File Open/Save Dialog.
i hate it too

for exmpale:
"Now if they would just fix that antiquated File Open/Save dialog. 
They've been promising this for a long time but in 2.2, it's still the 
same old Win 3.11-style dialog."

i hope this bug will be fixed in 2.4
