Description Mark D. Leighty 2003-02-07 04:02:35 UTC
I have setup and successfully used 7 different mutual funds in GnuCash
1.8.0. All 7 funds have prices entered in the Price Editor dialog box, and
those prices are displayed correctly in the Advanced Portfolio report.
However in the Advanced Portfolio report, with the exception of 1 fund, all
the funds show "$" in the Gain column and "-#.##%" in the Total Return
column. The only difference between the funds is that 6 of them have had
shares transferred OUT of the account. If I go back and delete a transfer
out of one of those 6 mutual funds, the Gain and Total Return numbers show
up in the report. If I re-enter the transfer out of the fund, the Gain and
Total Return numbers return to "$" and "-#.##%".

Hi,
I'd also like to see that feature. That would be a great extension.

Thanks,

Florian

I believe this is fixed by: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=334338
Comment 4 David Hampton 2006-03-12 22:56:55 UTC
This is believed fixed in the 1.9.x test releases for 2.0. Since there will be no further 1.8 releases I am closing this bug. If you can reproduce the bug with 2.0 please open a new bug.
