Description Rene Rask 2003-01-20 20:40:18 UTC
Using the "put on all workspaces" causes the app to always be the one to
recive focus when changing workspaces.
Xmms shows this problem. To have a useful work enviroment would require
that the app that had focus when leaving the workspace, also get when
returning to that workspace.

If you plan to implement the "always on top" feature, please consider that
the app that had focus when leaving a workspace should get it again when
returning.

I'm using metacity 2.4.13.

In the current CVS, this appears to only be a problem with focus_mode
= click. Sloppy, and mouse focus methods appear to work as expected.
