Description Tim Wunder 2003-01-06 02:14:47 UTC
Debit formulae:
ppmt( 0.08060 / 12 : i : 48 : 9962.90 : 0 : 0 )
ipmt( 0.08060 / 12 : i : 48 : 9962.90 : 0 : 0 )

Credit Formula:
pmt( 0.08060 / 12 : 48 : 9962.90 : 0 : 0 )

This creates an unbalanced SX:
Debits:
182.60 Principal
60.91 Interest

Credits:
243.50 Checking
0.01 Unbalanced

Not a big deal, but it should be balanced. I suspect the amount should be
deducted from Principal, but I don't know for sure how banks do it...
