Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. start gnome 2. 3. Actual Results: error dialog stating fatal error occured Expected Results: gnome panel to appear How often does this happen? constantly Additional Information: this was working just fine. i changed my mouse type around, but went back to "generic 3-button" ps2 mouse... which works fine. The panel is placed on the left-hand side of the screen, it was placed along the bottom. Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/gnome-panel' (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...[New Thread 8192 (LWP 1170)] 0x420ae169 in wait4 () from /lib/i686/libc.so.6
