Description ruben meier 2002-12-11 16:04:15 UTC
Description of Problem:
My keyboard on the Thinkpad r32 is repeating keys
from time to time. Sometimes the keys are locking
up and repeating without ending. It's also not
possible to writing fast, then it leaves some keys.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. buy a thinkpad r32
2. install debian unstable and gnome2
3. start gnome2. It happens mainly if scrolling in
nano with the arrow keys.

Actual Results:
never ending key presses
Expected Results:
one key press

How often does this happen?
too often

Additional Information:
the bug is very rare. I think it's laptop specific
and any other window-manager is working well.
I have a swiss keyboard layout without windows-keys.
