The option to "Make this the default profile for news" is cleared from
{HOME}/.pan/profiles.xml when Pan exits if this option was not set during
this session. New posts will default to the first profile listed even when
the default was previously set.

To Reproduce;

Start Pan and change "Make this the default for news" to a different profile.
Quit Pan (profiles.xml does have default_news)
Start Pan
Quit Pan (profiles.xml does NOT have default_news)

Also reproduceable in 0.13.0 and 0.13.0.90 as well.

"Make this the default for mail" works properly.
