How often does this happen? Once in a while Additional Information: Fresh (only a few minutes old) install of Red Hat Linux 8.0 with all updates applied. Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/gnome-panel' (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...[New Thread 8192 (LWP 1460)] 0x420ae169 in wait4 () from /lib/i686/libc.so.6

Appears to be a unique stack trace. Setting severity->critical, version->2.0.x, OS->Linux, adding GNOMEVER2.0 and bugsquad keywords and marking as new.
Looks similar to bug #99205.
This bug prevents me from doing anything in gnome because after i click ok it comes up again Panel PROCESS 163 Has crashed due to fatal error
