This use of markup inside messages marked for translation is totally
unnecessary, and a problem for the translation process. For details, see
the problem description in bug 96836. Since these are glade messages, I'll
mark it dependant on the glade bug 97061 in the mean time.

marking as later.. this is probably post 1.0 since it will depend on a later
version of libglade

GNOMEICU development has been stalled and it has been unmaintained for a few years now. as per http://www.ocrete.ca/2011/03/30/gnomeicu-is-no-more/

Maintainers don't have future development plan so i am closing bugs as WONTFIX.
Please feel free to reopen the bugs in future if anyone takes the responsibility for active development.
