Hold your mouse over the text, a new layer will be displayed, click on the link (which goes to gnome.org).
If you click on the link you should be redirected to www.gnome.org, but it seems to be broken in metacity.
Seems to work fine in FVWM/WindowMaker/ION, not in metacity.
Tested with various versions of mozilla.
