I deleted my portfolio file which was filled up with the info that
quotes.yahoo.com was no good.
It started and I entered a new portfolio and it worked.

So in the future if the program looks up quotes and gets a bunch of
garbage from domain direct that the account is closed, this will
prevent the program from starting. It would be a nice feature to have
the program check the portfolio file (in my preferences I specified
that it should remember the last loaded portfolio) and make sure it
isn't corrupted. If it is bad, go to a warning screen to check
preferences, then to the preferences screen.
