In order to use the simulated right click, you have to first enable it. Please, refer to section for instructions.
To right-click with the Simulated Secondary Click, hold down the left mouse button where you would normally right-click, then release it. As you hold down the left mouse button, the pointer will gradually change color. After it has fully changed color, the release of the mouse button produces the simulated right-click.
You can change how long you must hold down the left mouse button before
it is registered as a right click. On the
Some special pointers, such as the resize pointers, do not change colors. You can still use the Simulated Secondary Click as normal, even if you don't get visual feedback from the pointer.
Once the simulated right click has started, you can abort it by releasing the mouse button or by moving the pointer.
As the simulated right click is immediately preceded by the left click of the long press, it does not behave exactly as a real right click. Please, refer to for the differences.
