Allow selection of specific gmime version

Similar to what happened to 2.4 vs 2.6, we need to be able to select gmime version to avoid inconsistencies on users' systems.

The attached patch preserves current automagic support while adding the possibility to select a specific gmime version.

There's no autotools support in totem-pl-parser anymore.

You'll need to provide a new patch that uses meson for this feature instead.
