gnome-icon-theme includes status/starred.png and status/non-starred.png

Please add a status/half-starred.png with the filled side on the left similar to how Amazon.com does it.

This is used by Ubuntu's Software Center although it currently uses custom icons instead of theme icons. For instance, the TRAUMA game has 3.5 stars: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Software_Center_11.10.png

looks more like it has 3 full stars + 2 half = 4 ?!

anyway, if we do a real half-filled start, it needs to come in ltr/rtl variants, obviously.

The symbolic and High Contrast themes now have semi-starred and semi-starred-rtl. Please add these icons to the regular gnome theme as well.

- adding fullcolor alternatives to the symbolic icons
  I have a terrible dejavu about these, but looks like they don't
  exist.
