I've added this capability now to cvs with the exception that I'm not
sure if it actually works on smp systems since I don't have one. It
would be nice for someone to actually try this out on a SMP system.

Marking as NEEDINFO

FYI. I have a dual CPU system and I rebuilt procman from CVS today
(11/26/03 ~4:00PM EST). Now there are two lines on the CPU History
chart. There was only one previously. I can't vouch for the validity
of the data, although it appears to be reasonable.

I have a dual CPU system and the history for each CPU appear in the
system-monitor. It looks ok while doing some stuff (compilation/moving windows
around). Closing bug.
