Description Nguyen Thai Ngoc Duy 2011-02-13 10:22:29 UTC
It may be on agenda already. Can I help on adding this feature? I assume Vala can access glib-i18n..
Comment 1 Allison Karlitskaya (desrt) 2011-05-08 16:13:32 UTC
I'm sorry. I saw this in the bug list as "nfs support" (which is already planned).

By NLS support, do you mean translations?

Add i18n support

First try. It adds i18n support only to the editor, there are some user-visible strings in the CLI client too (dconf help).

Review of attachment 209385 [details] [review]:

Is there any problem of using upstream gettext instead glib one?
Comment 4 Gabor Kelemen 2012-03-12 21:30:00 UTC
I don't think there would be any, this is a really simple application. Bad copy-paste, feel free to correct.
Comment 5 Allison Karlitskaya (desrt) 2012-08-07 14:11:28 UTC
Pushed a modified patch. Thanks!
Comment 6 Gabor Kelemen 2012-08-07 15:23:56 UTC
Thanks, I have created a module on damned-lies for it, so translations can start flowing: http://l10n.gnome.org/module/dconf/

(Unfortunately, the last update of d-l yesterday seems to have caused regressions on the admin interface, so the module page is currently empty. Bug #681383.)

[moving dconf>editor tickets to dconf-editor product. See bug 744791]
