Please upgrade to the latest gnome-core + gnome-libs as these have fixed all of the crashes we've seen of this description. Tarballs can be found at http://download.gnome.org/ I've made packages for Red Hat 7 and you'll find those at http://www.gnome.org/~kmaraas/ Please report again if your problem still persists after upgrading.
