Crash backtrace

Reported for Fedora 13 at http://bugzilla.redhat.com/621398

Reporter was closing the program using the upper right X; looking at the backtrace it seems that crash happened when trying to do the unsaved file(s) dialog.

the change in revision 6064 might be relevant but I'm not sure, the backtrace is not very clear why this goes wrong. Please test.

Could be a duplicate of #633062. At least the description sounds similar, so I'll mark this as duplicate although the backtraces differ.
