The metadata fixer info bar says, “For each row […] uncheck it to take no action”.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to uncheck the checkboxes.

If you double-click on a checkbox, does it toggle the selection?  This works for me, but I doubt this is the intended behavior.

Yeah, I don't know why clicking the checkbox doesn't work - that needs to be fixed.  It was working at some point for me while I was developing the extension, then stopped working.  For now, you can work around it by double clicking as Michael mentioned.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
