Add a value to limit maximum connection retry, as it is for the moment infinite.

Other information:
For now, when you connect to msn with two empathy clients on different machines, they both alternatively stole the connection of the other, making an infinite loop of connection/disconnection. (bug redirected from Launchpad, https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/290455 )
