Please describe the problem:
It is unable to login to exchange server while semicolon in password.
Evolution shows an error:

    Could not connect to server .
    Make sure the URL is correct and try again

Using Evolution 2.26.1 on Ubuntu 9.04.

Steps to reproduce:
Try to connect to exchange server with password containing semicolon ';'

Actual results:
Evolution shows an error:

    Could not connect to server .
    Make sure the URL is correct and try again

I'm sure the password and login are correct

Expected results:
Successful login

Does this happen every time?
Yes
