Description Alexander Larsson 2009-04-02 09:55:45 UTC
I'd like to have a version of alt-tab that picks windows from all workspaces. This is very useful on small screens where you have mostly one fullscreen window per workspace due to limited screen space.

Initial patch

This patch implements this, but I don't really know the metacity codebase, so I don't trust it to be right. I'm especially wary about the introduced meta_workspace_activate() calls.

Thanks for the patch. I believe, though, that this bug is actually a dupe of bug 143511, which would obviate the need for a separate keybinding.
