Thanks for the report.
Please, tell your user to try 0.8.3 which has just been released.There are a lot of bug fixes. I'd like to know if the bug was fixed.

Also, tell him to send me this file:
~/.config/brasero/brasero-tmp-project

If he can't or doesn't want to do the above things, to fix his problem tell him to remove the above file.
