Use standard icon names for calendar and address book

Maybe Is this standard icon name issue? Want to get this in for 2.23.6 so I'm bypassing the usual peer review. Note, our gnome-icon-theme minimum requirement is already sufficiently recent. Fixed in trunk (revision 35892).
