Add another level of glade file which only include inside other glade files like a project file and use the glade files in the same scope.

If someone will move a button from file to another, the button will work the same.

It's will allow to make the same application with multiple windows or in the same window without change the code.

not sure I see the point of this, or exactly what the implementation
would be, with gtkbuilder you should be able to load many windows
from one or more than one glade file, and in glade trunk you are 
allowed project wide or toplevel contextual naming exclusivity,
so Im not sure whats missing...
