"If I do in Brasero:
  1) Open Edit -> Plugins
  2) Uncheck only *some* plugins
  3) close dialog
  4) open it again (Edit -> Plugins)
there would be correctly checked items exactly as I have set them,
but if I do:
  1) Open Edit -> Plugins
  2) Uncheck only *ALL* plugins
  3) close dialog
  4) open it again (Edit -> Plugins)
then there would be all plugins checked instead of unchecked."

Thanks. Your user gave me the key to the problem that has been reported twice already.
Fixed in trunk.
