Steps to reproduce:
1. open a srt
2. open the movie
3. go 30 seconds before the end and hit play...

when the movie ends the buttons and menu is frozen, etc... you have to close the app...

Thanks for the report. The fact is that MPlayer doesn't really provide the ideal integration with the application, so it will be replaced by GStreamer. Marking bug #363412 as a dependency, please follow that bug to stay updated on this issue.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
